Small Changes Make A Big Impact On People’s Lives
HAAYA Trust is a Voluntary and Community Sector Organisation (VCSO) based in the London Borough of Hounslow

Voluntary & Community Sector
BACKGROUND
HAAYA offers a wide range of initiatives tailored to the needs of young people in Hounslow. We aim to provide a holistic service, which particularly helps those who are at disadvantage, to re-engage with mainstream society and improve their quality of life. HAAYA seeks to address issues impacting the local community through working with young people who are Not in Education, Employment, or Training (NEET) and those who are in Education, Employment or Training (EET). We aim to eradicate racial tension, postcode gang violence, criminality, and anti-social behavior, whilst addressing the lack of training and employment opportunities. We also place strong emphasis on the health and social welfare of our community.
Leadership Vision & Overview
A MESSAGE FROM THE CHAIR
Since it’s inception in 2002, HAAYA has provided young people in Hounslow with a safe space to express themselves freely while nurturing their personal and educational growth. It’s been a privilege to collaborate with our dedicated team of trustees, staff, and volunteers, all committed to improving the lives of Hounslow’s youth. In 2014, we achieved a significant milestone by acquiring a disused building on Ivy Road, now transformed into the MY HUB youth center. This accomplishment, reflects our enduring commitment to empowering the young and underprivileged. Our long-term goal is to construct a purpose-built facility offering diverse community services. With gratitude and a request for your continued assistance in making this vision a reality.
